Delivery Information
At Moores Appliances, we deliver our products using our fleet of vehicles, ensuring that your items are in good hands.
Once we receive your order, we will contact you to schedule your delivery date.
We deliver between 8am and 5pm Monday – Friday and someone must be at the delivery address to accept, sign for, and inspect the goods when we arrive. Our standard delivery service is to ground floor properties and blocks of flats with a lift (providing the appliance will fit). Our ground floor deliveries can include a maximum of 4 steps. For deliveries over 5 steps (up to 3 floors) call to arrange.
We'll text you an estimated timeslot the evening before delivery, to help you plan your day.
