Delivery Information
At Moores Appliances, we specialise in delivering large kitchen appliances using our own dedicated fleet. Each item is handled with the utmost care by our experienced team, ensuring safe and reliable delivery straight to your door.
Our delivery window is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to accept, sign for, and inspect your appliance(s) upon arrival.
Our standard delivery service for large kitchen appliances is to the ground floor (up to five steps or where there is a working lift). For deliveries to the first floor or above, where there is no working lift, please contact us before placing your order.
The evening before your scheduled delivery, you’ll receive a text message with a three-hour time slot, helping you plan your day with confidence.
We'll text you an estimated timeslot the evening before delivery, to help you plan your day.
